Immanuel Lutheran Young Adult Ministry

Post-high school through approximately age 30 young adults are invited.  Singles and married couples are welcome. (No child care is available-sorry)

This group currently meets on Sunday mornings from 10-10:45 a.m. in the Parish Hall lower level for Bible study, fellowship, and discussion.

As the group begins to grow, expansion into some occasional recreational, social, or other special activities for fellowship can become a reality.

Welcome back, college students! Some of you have been seen around Altamont lately.

If some of you and your peers, would like to get together for a weekly Bible study and fellowship this summer, that can be easily arranged. Simply let the church office know that you are interested and we will get back with you.

There has been some interest expressed in organizing some summer activities for the Lutheran "after high school", "20s something" age group in our Circuit.

Some possibilities include: informal recreation (coed softball, volleyball, etc.) events at different churches, Sunday afternoon/evenings--or whenever, cookout, pool party, ice cream social, something inexpensive, etc.

If you're from one of the Altamont Circuit Lutheran Churches:  to get started we need the name, address, phone #, or email address of a possible contact "20s- person" in your congregation. This person(s) should be willing and able to meet with others for some "brainstorming" and planning and have an interest in participating and motivating a few of their peers in your congregation to participate.
